A Special Love

by Katherine2

Lilting laughter, you and I
Under star struck sweetened eye

Dancing, dressed in frolic fair
Captured two, transfixed in air

Your smile serene, my souvenir
Gracious, grand music to my ear

Endless entries in our fantasy story
Of love lasting, lingering in glory

Happy, honored to share our hearts
Designed devotion that cannot part

'Marry me,' you said merrily
Blushing, bashful momentarily...

Sparks spoke inside my being
Eyes enveloped my 'yes' without speaking
