Going through trials in life guided by The Holy Spirit!

Walk Boldly Through the Flames

by Fonda Little

"When a trial by God is set,
and you seek Christ through it all,
that challenge is met,
with its equal force,
to make you victorious,
for what God is trying to teach you,
meet Jesus on your knees,
and He will reach you,
and what God wishes for you,
shall be attained,
instead of walking around lost,
in a blind guessing game!

In every single trial by fire,
remember always Jesus's Name,
to come out shining brighter than before,
instead of just the same,
for blessed are they,
whose greatest desire,
is to do what God requires!"

1 Peter 4:12-13 New International Version (NIV)

12 Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. 13 But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed.

Matthew 5:6 Good News Translation (GNT)

6 Happy are those whose greatest desire is to do what God requires;
God will satisfy them fully!

James 1:2-8 New International Version (NIV)

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.
