I am an author living in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I recently published a children's book called "The Unicorn's Horn. It is available at Publish America's website or on Kindle.

Delirium Author: I used Publish America to publish my books too. :) I think getting an agent is a better way, but that's only because I have zero business sense. ha ha

Cindy Warren: I won't use them again. They did a lousy job of promoting it.

Delirium Author: Agreed. That's my thought as well. :) Agent is the way to go!

Tawnyowl: Sad to hear you are disillusioned with PA. I have a book with them, but refuse to pay for any 'promotion'. I think you might as well see how it does without paying for anything. In the end it is simply not worth it! best Wishes, Tawny

snowcat: Congradulations on getting your book published and wish you great success. I'm working on a children's book which I hope to have ready to submit to a publisher soon. I'm thinking of using Outskirtspress but am not sure.
I see you love horses too. I love watching the show jumping competitions from Spruce Meadows on the CBC.

Kaine Darcwater: I congratulate you. Yet, after my experience with self publishing, I'll never do it again. Sky Park was published by IUniverse.com, truth to these publishers is they will publish anything even if it needs loads of work.

Kaine Darcwater: Most of the descriptive talent in Sacred Harbor was due to my partner Robyn. I drove her to leave, my chapters would be terrible. Vampires are just boring to most people these days.
Ben Colder : I am an old hand at having novels published and at the time I was publishing two novels in 04, under differebt name, I learned then the publisher you mentioned had so many law suites against them, I stayed away and got caught in another snare. Long story.
