RETURN ＆ REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund Instructions:
1)For orders not yet shipped, buyers can apply for a refund within 48 hours after payment.
2)Under the condition that the product has been shipped, if it is not a quality-related problem, there will be no return or exchange
3)When the buyer signs for receipt, be sure to first check that the outer package is not damaged due to transportation. In the case of the above, please take a photo before signing.
4)It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods within three days from the date of receipt. If there is any quality problem, a return application must be submitted to the seller within three days.
5)To give customers a better quality experience, the platform will initiate a product inspection process for each purchase. If there is a product quality problem, the goods will not be allowed to be sold and will be returned to the seller.
6)The seller is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product. If the product is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the seller is responsible for the handling fee and shipping fee incurred.
7)For products that have been delivered without quality problems, we can accept returns for a refund, which requires you to ship the product to the designated location. and bear the shipping cost
8)If the seller does not respond within 5 days of submitting the refund application, the system defaults to reach a refund agreement according to the buyer's refund application
9)The resulting refund will be routed back to the buyer's PayPal Or credit card
